• Dear Jim and Debbie,

  • “I got home about 9:00 from the hospital last night and was simple awestruck by the ramp. It is really very nice. It's beyond nice.  It looks great. We are so happy with the quality of the workmanship. Thank you for your good work!

About Us

See How Beautiful Independence Can Be!

Jim and Deb started Wood Wise Construction in Central Massachusetts.

Obtained our Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License, still fully licensed and insured.

Due to high demand and personal satisfaction, we started focusing primarily on Handicap Accessible Home Modifications for Barrier Free Homes, “Universal Design” and “Aging in Place”. Watching several members of our own family cope with disabling life changes gave us the impetus to focus our work and expertise knowing we are helping to improve the quality of life for others.

Added our dba: “Accessible Solutions” to Wood Wise Construction Inc. After decades of using Best Bath products, we decided to become a Dealer and set up a showroom displaying the Best Accessible Bathing Products on the market from “Bestbath Systems”

Need Financing?

If you or a household member is disabled or an elder, living in the state of Massachusetts, the Home Modification Loan Program (HMLP) can provide a no interest deferred loan of up to $50,000 so you can make the needed adaptations or modifications to your home, with no need to make any payments to the loan unless you sell your home. Modifications can help you remain in your home and live more independently. We’re one of the prime contractors for the HMLP, which can be spent on handicap accessible renovations to bathrooms, kitchens, and even ramps to get into your home and vehicle.
